This section establishes the exact meaning of the terms used within the TotalTarotBadassery platform, eliminating any ambiguity in the interpretation of clauses regarding predictive modeling, financial risk assessment, and the use of statistical data. All definitions below are an integral part of the Agreement for the use of our services.

1. General Definitions

The terms used in this section have the following meanings, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

  • "Platform" – the totaltarotbadassery.com computer system, including all associated modules, interfaces, and databases.
  • "Predictive model" – an algorithm or combination of algorithms (including neural networks, ARIMA, machine learning) used to project financial trends or assess risks.
  • "Financial data" – numerical, historical, or estimated information related to assets, liabilities, cash flows, macroeconomic indicators, or credit scores.
  • "Credit risk" – the probability that a debtor will fail to meet their payment obligations at maturity.
  • "What-if scenario" – a controlled simulation in which one or more input variables are modified to observe the impact on model outcomes.

2. Limitations of Liability

The use of results generated by the platform is at the client's own risk. TotalTarotBadassery does not guarantee that projections or risk assessments will materialize in reality, because:

  • Models are based on historical data and assumptions that may not reflect unforeseen future developments.
  • External factors (legislative changes, economic crises, geopolitical events) can influence results beyond the predictive capacity of the algorithms.
  • The accuracy of models is expressed statistically and does not represent mathematical certainty.
  • Investment or strategic decisions based on the provided data remain solely the responsibility of the client's executive management.

3. Data Usage Conditions

Financial data uploaded to the platform is treated confidentially, but the client is responsible for:

  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of the data before uploading.
  • Obtaining the necessary consent for processing personal data, if applicable.
  • Complying with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR, local regulations).
  • Not using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. Updates and Modifications

TotalTarotBadassery reserves the right to update these clarifications whenever it deems necessary, to reflect technological evolution, legislative changes, or client feedback. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

  • The current version is 1.0 and comes into effect on the date mentioned above.
  • Any modification will be published on this page, and the update date will be updated accordingly.
  • Continued use of the platform after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
